Doorstep Caller 9th April 2026

On Thursday 9th April at approximately 9am, Staffordshire Police received a report of a suspicious female in the Pitgreen Lane area of Wolstanton. 

The female was reportedly knocking at several properties in the area claiming to be collecting money for a charity called “Excellent Care”.

She is described as a black female, with black hair, holding a small petty cash box. She was with a child around 2-3years old. 

Local officers have conducted various enquiries in the local area but have been unable to identify or locate the female. We would like to remind all residents to remain vigilant to doorstep callers; always check for an ID badge or a registered Charity number. Please report any suspicious activity to Staffordshire Police.
